As the second heir vote is going up after this post I feel like it's time to check in and see how I am doing so far with keeping up on all the sections I picked for this challenge. If you look below, overall, I am doing well. I do need to step it up on #2 & 3 of the jungle adventures section though.
City Living (9 points total) -all of these begin with the first generation-
- Have at least one sim per generation attend AND participate in each festival at least once. They must engage in the activities offered and be there for the most of the festival.

- One sim per generation must visit each food truck and eat all recipes. They must earn the hidden traits of Spice Hound and Chopstick Saavy.

Cats & Dogs (9 points total)
Create a dog with your founder, and each heir must have their own pet as a companion (either by breeding the original pet or by adopting a new pet), and do the following:
- Teach all commands.
- Makenna & Nika- completed
- Octavia & Bella- completed
- Max both the veterinarian skill and the pet training skill.
- Makenna- completed
- Octavia- trainer skill complete, vet skill ongoing
- Run a vet clinic (the vet clinic must be established by the founder and owned through the entire challenge).

Jungle Adventures (9 points total)
- Founder/ALL heirs must go to Selvadorado to find their spouse...they must be a local. No going to Selvadorado and coming back with a townie who also happened to be on vacation!

- By end of challenge, one of the Ancient artifact collections need to be complete.
- Makenna- found 2 pieces
- Octavia- ongoing
- Founder/heir must build a relic and use it on someone outside the family.

Now back to the family ...
The kiddos are working on their projects for school.
This is Kendall and she is Laith's friend from school.
I think he has a crush and if he doesn't become heir this will be his wife.
Octavia is at GeekCon.
While there she took a few photos with Cos-players.
She then took a trip to space and found an alien.
It's finally time for the last set of twins to age up.

Ryder gained the geek trait.
Regina gained the neat trait.
Octavia is level 9 in the vet skill so I think it is okay to take a break from that and work on uncovering some of these artifacts. She needs to find the whole collection ... well she doesn't but that's my goal. After uncovering the few in her inventory she has found 3 of what she needs so now the family has 4 out of 16 found.
Oh Ryder, you better not ruin that tablet.

There are plenty of things for you to do besides make a mess.
Well, if the paint didn't ruin it the mop certainly will, lol.
Laith is doing his homework with Regina ... sort of, he is actually making his book talk.
Which I've never seen before!
Regina is getting to know grandma.
Um, Makenna, I don't think you should be spraying the cleaner on the bed while the kids are sleeping. Looks like she is angry cleaning ... I can relate, haha.
Arlo has been out half the night and couldn't make it home to sleep.
He will need a bath when he makes it back.
Octavia is back in Selvadorada to find more collectibles.
Her archaeology skill is at level 6 right now.
She finds a lot of new stuff to uncover.
Got the main treasure of the temple worth $10,000 simoleons.
Putting together a watcher relic.
Now she just needs to refine a crystal to put it inside.
That is being saved for another time.
